The Centenary of a Lodge is a very important epoch in its history. It proves that a true and strong foundation was laid a century ago. It reflects of great credit of the founding fathers whose vision and zeal for the Craft brought the Lodge into being and also to the hundreds of brethren who have been members during this time and of all the services they have rendered to the Lodge. The present members will review the events of the last one hundred years and derive useful lessons there from to guide and govern their conduct, now, and in the years to come.

TOWARDS Another CENTENARY

Lodge Elysium has now completed the first hundred years of its existence. It is no doubt a short period, when compared to the immemorial time of the Craft itself. During its hundred years, the Lodge has had its ups and downs. But one can always feel proud that the Lodge has had amongst its initiates and members, some oustanding masons, who brought the Grand Lodge of India into being and even today it has in its fold a good numbers, holding high offices in the Grand Lodge of India and Regional Grand Lodge of India.

The Present Members have the implicit confidence and faith in the Great Architect of the Universe and pray that succeeding generations in the years to come, will uphold the tenets of the order through service in the Lodge and keep this Elysium flame bright and everlasting and guide its destiny towards another glorious and outstanding centenary.
