Dear Sir & R./V./W.Bro./M.E./E.Comp.,

You are already aware that it is mandatory for all Craft Lodges to include the following as an Item of the Agenda of every Regular Meeting of the Lodge:-

It is observed that many Lodges are not including this as an Item of the Agenda and even if this is an item of the Agenda it is postponed and not taken up.  R.W.Bro.K.K.Gautam, R.W.The Regional Grand Master has, therefore, directed me to appeal to you that the aforesaid must definitely be put as an item of the Agenda of every Regular Meeting of the Lodge.  Also duties may be assigned to the Brethren of the Lodge so that they can prepare a Talk on Freemasonry well in advance to be presented when the Agenda item is taken up.  A copy of the Talk may also be sent to the Region for information and record.

The same procedure must also be followed in respect of Regular Meetings/Convocations of R.A.Chapters and Mark/R.A.M.Lodges.

I am also directed to request you to send latest Membership List of members of your Lodge/Chapter containing mobile phone number and e-mail I.D. of every Brother/Companion.  This would facilitate to update our records.
